Vic: Mokbel denies role in Marshall murder
Accused murderer TONY MOKBEL has denied being part of a plot to kill slain hotdog vendor
MICHAEL MARSHALL.
MOKBEL's been ordered to stand trial over the murder of MARSHALL by a Melbourne magistrate.
MARSHALL .. who was also a drug dealer .. was gunned down in broad daylight in front
of his five-year-old son and girlfriend near his South Yarra home in October 2003.
CARL WILLIAMS and two other men .. who can't be named .. have been jailed over their
roles in the murder.
The trial is expected to begin mid-next year.
