Perseus Development Corporation announces the release of ExpressPoll.com, a free web site that allows users to create single-question web polls. When respondents complete the poll they are instantly shown up-to-the-minute results in graphical or tabular formats.

Visitors to http://www.expresspoll.com simply type in their question text and response choices and then pick from a variety of display options. ExpressPoll.com then automatically creates the needed HTML code that can be copied and pasted into an existing web page. Since polls created using ExpressPoll.com utilize a PERL script running from a complimentary Perseus server, there is no need for users to configure the complex CGI program that provides the live-results reporting.
